Led and supported a team of Designers, establishing the direction for Women’s and Men’s sleepwear, intimate apparel, swim and legwear for multiple private label brands for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack.
Re-launched Nordstrom intimate apparel for SP’25
Reinvented Nordstrom Rack sleepwear and intimate apparel, focusing on volume-driving key items and eliminating duplication. Doubled intimate apparel business from SP24 to SP25 and grew women’s sleepwear business by 40% in Q1’25 over LY.
Re-established the Men’s Nordstrom Rack sleepwear business by launching a key item-focused lounge/sleep franchise, growing the business by 34% in Q1’25 compared to the previous year.

Set overall creative direction in the development of women’s loungewear, 4 distinct sleepwear brands as well as Junior intimate apparel.
Led cross-functional team of TD and Sourcing for R&D of sports bras, creating a 2 year roadmap for development and pipeline for innovation.
Provided color and print direction to textile design team for creation of brand appropriate, trend right prints and graphics.

Drove the product direction and brand vision for St. John’s Bay knit and active apparel, including competitive market research, providing art direction, initial merchandising of the line and presentations to leadership.
Led cross-functional teams of 4-6 consisting of textile designers, sourcing managers, technical designers and fabric managers to re-launch St. John’s Bay Active resulting in a sales increase of 42% for Q1 2018 sales.

Led and mentored Associate Designer, driving the creative direction for women’s leggings, hosiery and 5 distinct sleepwear brands.
Consistently grew the adoption rate for Ambrielle Sleepwear styles by 21% for Q1 2016, 44% for Q1 2017 and 64% for Q3 2017.

Initiated and managed the women’s and men’s design process from concept through completion for several areas of distribution including Jockey retail and e-commerce, chain and department store accounts, as well as mass-market accounts including Target and Wal-Mart stores.
Created men’s and women’s collections for Target under the JKY brand including creation of the overall design aesthetic, and brand identity resulting in an all-door launch in Men’s for 2012 and Women’s in 2013.
